German physicist Niels Bohr and Max Planck, two of the founding fathers of Quantum Theory, each received a Nobel Prize in Physics for their work on quanta publishes his groundbreaking study of the effect of radiation on a “blackbody” substance, and the quantum theory of modern physics is born. Quantum theory is the theoretical basis of modern physics that explains the nature and behavior of matter and energy on the atomic and subatomic level. The nature and behavior of matter and energy at that level is sometimes referred to as quantum physics and quantum mechanics.

 Today, the most precise clocks in the world, atomic clocks, are able to use principles of quantum theory to measure time,some of the other uses are 
  • Computers and Smartphones.
  • Lasers and Telecommunications
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
  • Atomic Clocks and GPS.
The technology is so advanced we should know the science behind the technologies to create new technologies.
